The Application Process

Step 1: Complete the Online Interest Form

Begin the admissions process by completing our Online Interest Form. This allows us to learn more about your family, your child, and provides us with the information needed to begin the enrollment process.

Step 2: Schedule a School Tour

After submitting the Interest Form, families will be invited to schedule a tour. We encourage both parents/guardians and the prospective student to attend. The tour provides an opportunity to visit our classrooms, meet members of our academy community, learn about our educational programs, and ask questions about the student experience.

Step 3: Submit the Application

Following the tour, families who wish to proceed may complete the Online Application. A $25 non-refundable application fee is required when submitting the application.
Applications are accepted throughout the year and are reviewed on a space-available basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.

Step 4: Submit Required Enrollment Documentation

For an application to be considered for acceptance, all required enrollment documentation must be received within ten (10) days of the application submission date. Required documentation may include, as applicable, health and immunization records, emergency contact information, and other documents required by the academy or state.

Step 5: Acceptance & Enrollment

Once the application and all required documentation have been received, the academy will review the candidate for placement based on program availability and the academy’s admission requirements. Families will be notified regarding acceptance and provided with the next steps necessary to complete enrollment.
