Curriculum
At Cardan Early Education Academy, we believe children deserve a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Our curriculum combines a thematic, hands-on approach with the intentional early literacy instruction of Heggerty. Children learn through exploration, play, meaningful experiences, and purposeful teacher-guided instruction while developing essential skills in language, literacy, mathematics, science, STEAM, social-emotional development, and problem-solving.
Heggerty, research-based literacy instruction, strengthens our literacy foundation by helping children develop phonological and phonemic awareness—the essential skills children need to become confident readers. Together, these approaches allow us to provide a play-based yet academically intentional learning experience that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond. At Cardan Early Education Academy, we are not simply preparing children for the next grade; we are building the foundation for a lifetime of learning, confidence, and success.
